Oh I have my first cup of coffee of the day when I get up. It isn't the caffeine it is just sitting and having the coffee with my biscotti usually at my computer or with the TV on. I use honey and Splenda in my coffee along with whitener. I have been known to put flavored coffee whitener also but that would be a special treat, something I don't buy too often.
When I go to my knitting evening at Starbucks I will usually have a coffee there especially during the colder months.
Occasionally, I will have a second cup during the day.
